This payment included Registration, accommodation, Tourist Visits, All Meals (Breakfast, lunch, and Dinner), a Shirt with a Conference Logo, and a Magazine about all activities.

You have to pay the total amount 60 days before the Conference starts. If you don’t pay this amount you will lose your deposit. only in case of a really justified cause could we refund max just 75% of the deposit.
